Is it halal to purchase items that advertise that you may win a prize, e.g. money, a cruise? What about entering a drawing hoping to win money etc? The most you spend is the cost postage.

Answer

It is permissible to purchase items having advertisements of winning prizes.
Furthermore, if the prize was won, it will also be permissible.

We do not understand the second query.
