Is it permissible to pay Zakat in advance?

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykumwa-rahmatullāhiwa-barakātuh.

Yes, it is permissible to discharge zakat in advance on condition that one’s wealth reaches the threshold of zakat and on condition that one fulfils all the conditions of zakat.
