Please clarify if i am my step daughters mahram .i am married to there mom and there bilogical dad is alive.
Answer
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
You are a mahram to the daughter of your wife (your step daughter). As such, the laws of hijab will not apply between you. However, in this era of fitna we advise to exercise caution and modesty.[1]

[1] أسباب التحريم أنواع: قرابة، مصاهرة، رضاع، جمع، ملك، شرك، إدخال أمة على حرة، فهي سبعة: ذكرها المصنف بهذا الترتيب وبقي التطليق ثلاثا، وتعلق حق الغير بنكاح أو عدة ذكرهما في الرجعة. الدر المختار (28/3)
وقد نظمت السبعة مع الخمسة المزيدة بقولي
أنواع تحريم النكاح سبع ... قرابة ملك رضاع جمع
كذاك شرك نسبة المصاهرة ... وأمة عن حرة مؤخره
وزيد خمسة أتتك بالبيان ... تطليقه لها ثلاثا واللعان
تعلق بحق غير من نكاح ... أو عدة بلا اتضاح
وآخر الكل اختلاف الجنس ... كالجن والمائي لنوع الإنس. (رد المحتار ج ٣ ص ٢٨ ايج ايم سعيد)
يحرم على الرجل أمه وجدته وَإِن علت وبنته وَبنت وَلَده وَإِن سفلن وَأُخْته وبنتها وَابْنَة أَخِيه وَإِن سفلتا وَعَمَّته وخالته وَأم امْرَأَته مُطلقًا وَبنت امْرَأَة دخل بهَا . ملتقى الأبحر(ص:٤٧٥
