Is MCCA’s Tamleek scheme Shari’ah Complaint?
Question
I am Mohammad Mazeer from Melbourne, Australia.
I am looking for a house to buy and I can't offered to buy by full payment at once.
So, I am looking for a Islamic permissible way to buy a home with loan.
There is a such loan provider in Melbourne called MCCA.
They have product called Tamleek.

Please let me know your opinion on MCCA Tamleek, wether is Islamic lawfully permissible or not?
