I saw a sign of Allah and Noor emitting from it. What does it entail?

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

Good and pious dreams are also meant to remind oneself of one’s purpose in life. If you saw the dream in reference, take it to remind yourself to obey Allah Ta’ala and follow the Shari’ah. It is only then that you will experience the door and effluence of Shari’ah in your life.
