1. What do u have to say about Al-Shaikh Sharf-ud-Din Al-Khalifa of Tanzania?2. Is it permissible to speak English as it is not my mother tongue?

My mother tongue is Urdu, but i speak english as well in my daily life. JazakAllah

Answer

1. We are not aware of the Shaykh in reference.
2. It is not prohibited to speak English.
