what does the early scholars say regarding a person who breaks his bayah with the khalifa/amirul muminin and regarding the hukm about bughat who fight the khilafa or imara?

In order for us to reply you, kindly explain what you mean by

Khalifah /Ameerul Muminin? What is your understanding of a

Khalifah /Ameerul Muminin? Furthermore, who are you referring to?

Who are the Bughat you are referring to?
