Giving three talaaqs in anger

in angry i say 3 talaq to my wife , help me out i was very angery at that time , i never want to leave my wife . is possible to live to getther . please help me out

What were the exact words that you used in issuing the talaaq?
What language did you issue the talaaq in? If you issued the talaaq in another language what was the exact statement you used in that language?
