I am an ordinary Muslim following the Hanafi Madhab. Regarding the Shaykh Murabtal Haaj’s fatwa, "Following One of the Four Accepted Madhhabs" Translated by Shaykh Hamza Yusuf. What does this mean?

We have studied the translated version of Shaykh Murabtal Haaj's Fatwa by Shaykh Hamza Yusuf and agree with the concept of Taqleed of one particular
Imaam.
