The act of masturbation is a sin and is prohibited in Islam
Question
If a person was to masturbate, he reached an orgasm but somehow he did not ejaculate then will thusly become farther on him?

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
The act of masturbation is a sin and is prohibited in Islam. The person should make Tawbah and Istighfar for masturbating.
Your query is not clear. We do not know what you mean by “will thusly become farther on him” please clarify.
