Respected Mufti Sahab, should we (Hanafi) perform Sajdaa on reciting Ayat no. 77 Surah Al’Hajj as it is metioned “Al-Sajda’t inda Al-Shafi (R.A.)”.

Question

Jazak Allah and Was Salaam.

Answer

A Hanafi should not make Sajdah on reciting Aayat No.77 of Surah al-Hajj.
