Priority of care by wife. Should the wife neglect her duties to husband while being involved in the looking after their children?

Question

If wife is not interested in sex mostly to avoid another child can the husband masturbate. Second marriage not feasible in UK and since she looks after the children so well, Husband doesnt want to divorce her, but his desires are not being satisfied.
