Is it Fardh to work for khilafah?Does the hadith "He who does not give bayah to a khaleef dies the death of jahiliya" make working for khilfah fardh to remove the sin of dying in ignorance?

Answer

Every Muslim should give allegiance to a person who is appointed as a
leader. That is the meaning of the Hadith in reference. It does not order
establishing Khilaafat.
