The stillborn babies are not burried in the muslim cemetry and no namaz-e-Jinazah is offered even they are born by muslim parents. Why?

Answer

According to the Shari'ah, a still born baby is when the child is born
without any life. There is no Janaaza for a still born child.

There is no restriction to bury the child in the Muslim cemetery.
