Is it ok for a Muslim to use the public funds offered by the British Govt?

Question

In UK, the British Govt which is a Non-Islamic Govt, Provides public fund (ranging to Pounds 250/-)to people living UK and not been employed any where. Is it ok for a muslim to use these funds?

Answer

It is permissible for a Muslim to accept and use such funds.
