Can we take benefits from pirated books, CDs etc?
Question
As a medical students, we have to buy a lot of expensive foreign medical books. For a middle class student it is very difficult to afford these books. can they use pirated books published in soem Asian/African countries? Can I make a copy from the books, CDs Videos etc that I have purchased for my friends without any gain, or for myself as a back-up copy?

Kindly refer copyright
If copying the books, etc. for the intended purpose does not violate the
terms and conditions of copyright, then it will be permissible.
