What is the ruling on the girl's visitation rights to her parent's house after marriage? . Please help.
Question
? Husband does not like her to visit her parents because of past family problems. Should the girl ignore her husband's wishes and go against him in this matter. The girl fears that parents are not happy because she has not visited them in a year. And they (parents) don't want to have any contact with the girl because of this situation. Who should the girl be more obligated to listen: her husband or her parents (her husband is not against having other forms of contact like telephone, letters ?). Please help.

1. A married female is entitled to visit her parents once a week.%0D%0A2. She may visit her Mahram (prohibited in marriage) relatives once a year.%0D%0A3. She may stay with her parents or Mahram relatives only, with her husband'%0D%0As consent.%0D%0A%0D%0AHowever, respected sister, apart from the above rights, we wish to advise%0D%0Ayou that:%0D%0AThe institution of Nikah is based on love and co-operation between the%0D%0Ahusband and wife. In order for the love to remain and grow between the two%0D%0Apartners, both parties must consider one another's feelings and approach%0D%0Amatters with wisdom and diplomacy rather than using the channel of rights.%0D%0ADemanding and insisting on one's rights could create hatred and sow the%0D%0Aseeds of discord.
