Words of kufr

Question

Once during a concerstaion with my boss in office, my boss asked me whether I BELIEVED something was right or not.Now in reality he was proposing something which was wrong and unlawlful. However in order to please him, I said Yes.Will this constitute Kfr?

Explain what was that something your boss proposed to which you agreed?
