Can I consume soft drinks manufactured by Murre Breweries if they manufacture both soft drinks and alcoholic drinks?
Question
In Pakistan we have company called murre berewery, a beverage company only company allows to make alchohal, belongs to Christians and officialy they allaow to sale Christian community. The other product they make are softdrink as well, my question is if we allow to consume their non alchoholic products?

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
In issues of halal and haram, we are advised to exercise precaution. The company in reference is owned by Christians and manufactures alcoholic drinks as well as non-alcoholic soft drinks. We advise you to refer to local Ulama who would inspect the plant and advise you accordingly.
