What is the current minimum Nisaab of Zakhaat in Rand terms in South Africa ?

Question

How much of Zakhaat must I pay If I am only a salary earner. And have cash of R19000, car -R25000, loan(car)-R20000, jewellery-R1000 and household items -R5500?

Answer

Whenever a person's wealth reaches the minimum Nisaab of Zakaat, the date of
calculating end year (when Zakaat is due) will commence from that date. If
his wealth increases during the course of the year, he will have to pay
Zakaat.

In view of the details of your question, you do not have to pay Zakaat.
