Can I claim from insurance company for injuries suffered in motor vehicle accident?
Question
Got into a major Auto accident with the other party being at fault. Alhamdulillah, there is no major injury but some minor injury, in the form of headaches, backache etc.. At present there is nothing severe but sometimes these injuries, may Allah protect can a longtime lingering effect.
Can we claim for these injuries from the insurance company? Please advice. Jazakallah Khairun.

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
If you have incurred medical expenses due to the injuries that you have received from the accident, you may claim a reimbursement from the other party.
You cannot claim reimbursement for the injury itself or for its possible longtime effect.
