Answer

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

Tabreez - The word Tabreez in Arabic means “to bring out” or “to                                              present”. It is also the name of the fourth largest city in Iran.

Ru’ayd: The word Ru’ayd in Arabic is a Tasgeer (miniaturization) of the word “Ra’d” which means “thunder”.

Nazeefah - The word Nazeefah in Arabic refers to the quality of cleanliness.

Niloufar - According to certain websites, Niloufar is a word of Persian origins. It refers to a type of flower called “water lily” or “lotus”.

It is permissible to keep the above mentioned names. However, it is advisable for one to keep names of Ambiyaa (Alayhimus Salaam), Sahaba (Radiyallallahu A’nhum), Taabi’een and pious predecessors.
