I made a niyyah (vow) that if Allah favours me with certain thing I would fast for one day. Can I club this Niyyah fast with Dhul Hijjah fast?
Question
I intend to fast during the 7th, 8th, 9th of Ziil Hijjah. I made a niyyath (vow) that if Allah SWT favours me with certain thing, I would fast for one day. I have to fast for a day. Can I club this Niyyath fast with Zil Hajj fast?

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
You may include the intention of the vow fast with the fast of the 7th or 8th or 9th of Dhul Hijjah. [i]
