In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

You may refer the issue in reference to Hadhrat Muftī Ahmed Khānpūrī Sāhib, Dāmat barakātuhu who is the official Muftī and Shaykhul-Hadīth of Jāmi’a Islāmiyya Talāmuddīn in Dabhel, which is in the district of Surat in the state of Gujrat.
