Can I pray my Asr sunnats after fardh salah?

Question

Sometimes I get to the masjid just on time for Asr jamaat so I don’t get time to pray my 4 sunnats of Asr. My question is, can I pray my sunnats after jamaat?

Answer

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

No, it is not permissible to perform sunnats of Asr Salah after performing Asr Salah..[1]
