Dropping the Qur’aan by mistake

In the Name of Allaah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salaamu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullaahi wa-barakaatuh.

The Qur’aan is the word of Allaah Ta’aala. Hence, the mus-haf deserves utmost respect and honor. If one unintentionally drops the mus-haf, he should seek forgiveness (istighfaar) due to his negligence and exercise caution in the future[1].

And Allaah Ta’aala Knows Best.
