How come we cannot tell which day Laylatul Kadr is? Cant we trace the date back in Hijri calendar?

Respected Brother-in-Islam Assalaamu Alaykum Wa Rahmatullaahi Wa Barakaatuhu It is not possible to specify Laylatul Qadr as it changes every year. and Allah Ta'ala Knows Best Mufti Ebrahim Desai FATWA DEPT.
