How do i deal with rude people?
Question
How to deal with rude people? I try to be nice with people but it is not possible to treat everyone in the same way.Can we tell them to shut up and mind their own business or keep quiet even if they are going overboard and being rude to us? What does Islam teach us about handling such situations ?
What does Islam say about the Akhlaaq towards the co-workers and friends. I have seen that if we are polite to people they take undue advantage of the situation.

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
Shariah emphasizes on good character and conduct. Shariah also emphasizes on Islah and reformation. In such a situation one may apply his honest discretion and do whatever he feels is best to do. The intention at all times should be based on Allah consciousness and Ikhlaas.
