Stay back at home from work without applying for leave
Question
I work in a software company.
I do not have any work in office these days and my managers are also aware of this, also there is no one to give me any task because the project we are working for has not started yet. daily I come to office and just do time pass and go back to home. My managers are aware that i dont have any work to do.
Can I stay back at home without applying any leave?

We take note of the details of your email. You state that you are employed at an office and because there is no work, you wish to stay back at home without applying for leave. Your employer or manager will best be able to answer your query. Refer to him.
