Is it permissable for men or women to remove the hair between eyebrows?

Question

I read on islam-qa.com that this is permissable since the hair between the eyebrows isn't part of them, can you verify that please.

Answer

No, it is not permissible for females to pluck their eyebrows. Rasulullah
(Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam) cursed a Mutanammisa (a female who seeks to
remove her eyebrows).
