What is the ruling about hijab from brother-in-law? What is the ruling about the husband of sister. Is he mahram?

Assalamu Alaikum Mufti Sahib! I know the hadith that Brother of husband is death... and there is strict Hijab from him. What is the ruling about the husband of sister... Is he mahram? What are the limits of hijab from him? Thank you for your time.

Answer

A sister must observe Hijaab before her sister's husband.
