Is it permissible to work in gas station that has lottery machine?

Question

I live in the USA i get lost my job since too month now I got an offer to work in gas station which sells lotto tickets. I did not take any commision and I work their as a cashier.

Answer

It is permissible for you to work at the gas station. However, you should
not involve yourself in the sales of lotto tickets.
