Follow Saudi day of Arafah or South African.

Question

Assalamualaikum. I am aware that it is a great virtue to fast on the 9th of zil-hijjah, day of Arafah. Firstly Is Saudi ahead of us in South Africa this year? Should we fast on the day of Arafah as it is in Saudi Arabia? or should we fast on our local 9th Zilhijjah? Please reply ASAP as we are very close to the date.
