What should one do after ihtilaam?

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

If a person has ihtilaam (a wet dream), ghusl (bathing) becomes compulsory on him; wudhu (ablution) will not suffice.[i]If a persons’ clothes are soiled with the impurity, one must remove the impurities by washing them or change ones clothes.
