Please explain after the Fajr and Asr Salaat why the Imaam changes his sitting position.

Answer

It is not necessary to change position after Fajr and Asr Salaats.

#5938a musafir joins the salaat of ASR in fourth rakaat and prays one rakaat with the Imaam. After the imaam finishes salaat, Is the musafir required to pray three more rakaats ?
