Can diamonds be lucky or unlucky?
Question
Assalamualaykkum..
Mufti Saheb, can diamonds be lucky or unlucky? I have heard that diamonds are lucky for some people (good things happen in their life if they own/wear it), while it is unlucky for some people (bad things happen in their life if they own/wear it). Can you please answer in the light of Quran and Hadith?

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
Diamonds are simply precious stones with values varying according to their strengths and qualities.
It is a superstitious belief that diamonds are lucky for some people and unlucky for others. [i]
As Muslims, we believe, that every good and bad is with the Will of Almighty Allah
And Allah Ta’āla Knows Best
