My wife Alhumdullilah accepted Islam, what happens at the time of her burial, she has no family members.

Question

My wife does not have a Mahram. What happens at the time of going into the Qabr (grave). Also, the usual practice is before departing to the cemetry we view the face, am I allowed to see her face. Explain in detail. Shukran

Answer

It is permissible for a husband to view the face of his wife after her
demise and during burial.

However, direct skin contact after the demise of his wife is not permissible
due to the termination of the Nikah. In the enquired situation, it is also
permissible to take assistance from others present in lowering one's wife.
