Is it permissible, as per Hanafi School of thought, to perform Qada Salaah after Fajr and Asr Salaah?

Answer

It is permissible to perform Qadhaa Salaats after Fajr and Asr Salaats only
until the sun is bright to the extent of dazzling the eye.
