Can a person do jadoo to a photo of a person?

Question

I know that taking pictures is haraam. I had a copy of my passport photo and unfortuantely someone got a hold of it without my knowing and permission. Can a person perform jadoo or give bad eye to my picture? I have noticed that I have had facial problems that I have not encountered previously ever since I have not found my picture.

We advise you first refer to your physician and get medical treatment before
making any conclusion of being affected with Jadoo.
