I gave my wife all 3 talaaq's without witnesses. Days later we patched up and slept with each other. What is our situation, and if we wish to stay married what needs to be done, Shukran.
Answer
When a man gives his wife (conceived or not) three Talaaqs (verbally or in
writting) it is classified as Talaaq Mughllazah (literally meaning three
Talaaqs; whether these Talaaqs were issued in one sitting or on different
occasions), they are still valid and regarded as three.
