Can a Muhrim cut his hair himself after completing all ammal of Umrah or Hajj?

Answer:

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

In principle, it is permissible for a Muhrim (person in the state of Ihraam) to shave or cut his own hair once all the Manasik (rituals) of Hajj and Af’aal (actions) of Umrah have been completed.[1]
