Is a woman required to return the dowry after divorce?

Answer

If the divorce took place after consummation, she is entitled to the entire
amount of the dowry. If the consummation did not take place, or there was no
valid Shar'ee isolation, she will be entitled only to half the specified
amount of dowry.
