Is my Nikaah valid?

As salaamu alaikum
I am in desperate need of a ruling on an issue pertaining to my nikkah. I have doubts as to its validity.
I need to know if my husband gave me a piece of jewelry as meher but to this day has not paid towards this item, is my nikkah still valid?

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
Yes, your Nikaah is valid. [1]
Encourage your husband with extreme diplomacy to pay for the jewellery item that he has given you as Mahr.
