If one is a Musaafir and an Imam is doing a secon Jam'aat, then what intention do I make?

Question

I do not know if the Imam is a Musaafir or a Muqeem (non traveller).

Answer

A Musaafir may perform Salaat behind a Musaafir and Muqeem Imaam.

According to the Hanafi Madhab, the Salaat of the Imaam and the Muqtadi must be the same.
