Could you explain what does it mean when Fatawa Rasheediya says that Allah can tell a lie?

ALLAH CAN TELL A LIE IN FATAAWA aRASHEEDIYAH IT IS WRITTEN SO PLS EXPLAIN ME WHAT DOES IT MEAN.
