What is the significance of wearing a silver wedding ring on the right-hand as opposed to wearing it on the traditionally (non-muslim) left-hand?

Answer

A female may wear any ring, including a wedding ring on any hand, right or
left. There is no significance of wearing the ring in the right hand
specifically.
