Question

salaam, please give reply to this. either by personal or on the site but reply this urgently.

Can wife kiss her husband’s scrotum and play with tongue by taking care that no liquid touches her mouth.

I would like to know, is it allowed for a wife to suck her husbands private parts if he is wearing a flavoured condom?
