Question

Asalaamualaikum,
my question, how will my estate be divided if I leave the ffg.:

1. mother
2.wife
3. 2 daughters
4.1 son
5.1 brother
6. 1 sister

Answer

In the name of Allāh, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Assalāmu ῾alaykum wa Rahmatullāhi Wabarakātuh

Kindly note the correction in the calculation of the shares for the inheritance. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

The total estate will be divided into 96 shares as follows:

1) The mother will receive 16 shares.

2) The wife will receive 12 shares.

3) Each daughter will receive 17 shares each.

4) The son will receive 34 shares.
