I have to do the teacher register and inform the management. Does this constitute Ghibah?

plz tell me if i am in a post where i have to check the teachers r going on time or not if not i have to inform higher management is it ghibat
Answer
In the name of Allāh, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
Assalāmu ῾alaykum wa Rahmatullāhi Wabarakātuh
May Allah Taa`la keep you steadfast in refraining from Gheebat.
It is permissible for you to inform the management about the times of the teachers.
The task of informing the management about the times of the teachers has been entrusted to you; not doing so will be breach of trust.
When Gheebat is done in order to rectify some evil and the matter is discussed with a person who is in position to rectify that evil then it will be permissible.
