what is in case of taking swear on mother,, and then breaking it? plz guide me what should i do?

Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatuh

It is haraam (forbidden) to take an oath in the name of other than Allah, such as ones mother. Therefore, the oath is not valid. You should do istighfaar and tauba (repentance).

في الدر المختار: لا يقسم بغير الله تعالى ؛ وفي حاشية ابن عابدين: أي: لا ينعقد القسم بغيره تعالى أي: غير أسمائه وصفاته ولو بطريق الكناية كما مر ، بل يحرم كما في القهستاني ( رد المحتار: ج 5 ص 503 ط دار المعرفة )
